A written assessment and a live interview with one of our domain experts — minimum 15 to 20 years experience in your specific field. Not to reject you. To understand you.
Our working window is 7am to 10pm. We don't expect you all day. But we do expect you to follow our guidance and act within 2 hours notice when needed. If your gym class, evening routine, or TV time cannot be adjusted for 45 days — we are probably not the right fit right now. And that's okay. We will tell you honestly and invite you back when you're ready. We respect your time. Please respect ours.
