We analyse your resume, LinkedIn, and cover letters offline. Then a second call to go through your application history — roles, companies, rounds cleared, rejections. We find the pattern.

Domain Evaluation

A written assessment and a live interview with one of our domain experts — minimum 15 to 20 years experience in your specific field. Not to reject you. To understand you.

The one thing we do assess — commitment.

Our working window is 7am to 10pm. We don't expect you all day. But we do expect you to follow our guidance and act within 2 hours notice when needed. If your gym class, evening routine, or TV time cannot be adjusted for 45 days — we are probably not the right fit right now. And that's okay.
